This would be the bad. Frustrated is hardly the word for it. Gained 3 lbs over Christmas and I can not recover. I track everything I eat, Swim: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Spin: Tuesday Thursday, Zumba: Tuesday and twice Thursday and run Monday and one long run Saturday.
Why oh why am I not loosing?????????????????????????????????
Not only not loosing this week gaining.
Frustration.
I will pull out of this. I just hope I don't pull my hair out in the process.
I've decided to run a marathon this year. I've very excited. I'm hoping the training will help me pull out of this rut. I'm actually hiring a personal trainer. I'm really excited. I meet with her on Friday.
